Mike is an attorney who practice focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense. He represents businesses, insurers, and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including personal injury, premises liability, transportation, rideshare, and general negligence matters. Mike handles all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and discovery through mediation, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mike practiced in the insurance defense field, where he gained extensive experience evaluating liability and damages, managing complex litigation matters, and developing practical strategies to efficiently resolve disputes, while protecting his clients’ interests.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from St. Mary’s University, where he interned with the Center for Legal and Social Justice. Mike later obtained a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Boston University. Mike then earned his Juris Doctor degree, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. Mike graduated cum laude, and during law school, he was consistently recognized on the Dean’s list and Honor Roll for academic achievement.

Mike is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico and is committed to providing responsive, client focused representation. Mike values clear communication, thorough preparation, and practical solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Outside of the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his fiancé, traveling, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and watching his favorite basketball team, the San Antonio Spurs.
